Return Terms

We accept returns* up to 30 days after delivery. Mood® Collection cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post, so we recommend using a sign for service when posting returns back to us. 

*Engraved Products

Products that have been engraved cannot be returned as unwanted.

Return Process

As long as the product (not including engraved products) has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse.

Please note we require a proof of purchase for any returns requested.

Item arrived damaged?

If any products in your order are damaged in transit please email sales@moodcollection.co.uk with photos and an outline of the damage.

A member of our sales team will be in touch within 2 working days to discuss a replacement. 

Please do not send any damaged products back to us before speaking with a member of our sales team.
